Limited Lifetime Warranty
ChromaLeaf cable products are offered with a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner for defects in material or workmanship. This limited lifetime warranty covers the cable and component parts. If any defect is discovered, the cable assembly will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of ChromaLeaf. This ChromaLeaf limited lifetime warranty is NOT VALID if a defect is caused by damage, mishandling, or negligence on the part of the owner or if tampering or repairs have been attempted by the owner or another provider.
If service is required on your ChromaLeaf product, contact ChromaLeaf Returns. The product must be well packed in its original container or in another sturdy container and returned to the company at the following address:

- For any ChromaLeaf product return, our limited lifetime warranty options must first be discussed with a ChromaLeaf specialist.
- Product replacements are possible only if a product is damaged in transit, defective on receipt, or displays an obvious material or component defect upon use.
- ChromaLeaf offers limited lifetime warranty services on a variety of audio, video, data, and electrical cables and cable assemblies for: microphone, instrument, speaker, power, and broadcast requirements.
- Product damage, defects, or other reasons for replacement must be proven to ChromaLeaf via verbal communication, photos, and/or written communication.
